Substance Abuse Counseling

Our outpatient adolescent program serves young people between the ages of 13 and 17 who are chemically dependent—boys and girls who are identified as, or suspected of, abusing drugs or alcohol. Both group and individual therapy is provided and participation in self-help groups is required. Aftercare services reinforce the young person's commitment to a chemical-free life. Our program includes:

  • Group and individual counseling
  • Supportive, expressive therapy
  • Chemical dependency education
  • Development of sober living skills
  • Stepwork

Other unique components of the program are comprehensive bio-psycho-social evaluations, gender specific treatment and individualized treatment plans.
