Group Emergency Foster Care Group Emergency Foster Care is a 60 day residential diagnostic program
for boys ages 8-16 years. At the direction of a Family Court
Judge or County Department of Social Services, Elmcrest will provide
a complete diagnostic assessment of a child whose behavior is consistently
disruptive and inappropriate in his home, school and community environment. The
comprehensive assessment plan includes evaluation of each boy’s
behavioral, social, emotional, psychological and educational status
and recommends a course of action to correct those problems that
are barriers to the child’s success. |
